5 mistakes almost every Brawl Stars player makes
When I think back to my first hours in Brawl Stars, I realize how many mistakes I made. At the time, most of them didn’t even feel like mistakes.
The interesting part is that I still see many of these same mistakes in matches today.
1. Playing too aggressively
At the beginning, I tried to win every fight by pushing forward constantly. The problem is that without positioning or team support, this rarely works.
I learned that patience is often more important than aggression.
2. Ignoring the map
For a long time, I barely paid attention to the map. But it plays a huge role in every match.
Walls, bushes and open areas can completely change how a fight plays out.
3. Wasting your Super
Another common mistake I made was using my Super too early or without a clear purpose.
Now I try to use it more strategically to secure important moments.
4. Only playing one Brawler
There was a time when I played almost exclusively one Brawler. While that helped in the short term, it limited my understanding of the game.
Trying different characters made a big difference.
5. Not learning from mistakes
The biggest mistake is not reflecting on your losses. I used to just queue into the next match immediately.
Now I take a moment to think about what went wrong, and that alone improved my gameplay a lot.
Conclusion
Mistakes are part of the game, especially at the beginning. The key is to recognize them and learn from them.
