Why the binary strategy works so well in Classic Mode
When I first started playing Classic Mode in Brawl Mystery, I was just guessing randomly. One Brawler here, another there, without any real plan.
The result was obvious: too many attempts and inconsistent success.
What is a binary strategy?
The idea is simple: with each guess, you try to cut the possible options in half. Instead of guessing randomly, you think step by step.
A strong first guess is usually a mid-range Brawler with balanced stats.
Why it fits Classic Mode perfectly
Classic Mode gives clear feedback after every guess: higher, lower, or correct. That’s exactly what a binary strategy needs.
Each hint helps you eliminate possibilities and move closer to the answer.
My experience
Since I started using this method, I usually solve puzzles in 3 to 5 attempts. Before that, I often needed 7 or even all 8 tries.
Especially narrowing down rarity early made a huge difference for me.
Typical process
I usually start with a balanced Brawler. Then I focus on rarity first, followed by role, and finally range or release year.
After just a few guesses, the answer becomes much clearer.
Conclusion
The binary strategy isn’t complicated – it’s just logical. Once you understand it, your performance improves naturally.
For me, this is when the game really became fun.
