In Brawl Mystery, one detail often decides everything: a Brawler's color, their release year, a keyword in their description, or a distinctive emoji. Players who know their trivia can be right after the very first hint – those who don't will fight until the last attempt.
Shelly is the only Starting Brawler – she's completely alone in her own rarity tier. In Classic Mode she's always the perfect first diagnostic guess.
There are currently 2 Ultra Legendary Brawlers: Kaze (2024) and Sirius (Feb. 2026). When the target Brawler shows "Ultra Legendary", your choice is minimal!
Sirius is the 100th Brawler – a historic milestone from February 2026. Najia is the 101st Brawler (Mythic, March 2026).
The first 9 Brawlers in the game (2017) are: Shelly, Colt, Bull, Brock, Dynamike, El Primo, Barley, Poco, Jessie. All are Rare or Super Rare – not a single Epic among them!
Nearly all Legendary Brawlers have long range or unique mechanics. Exceptions: Meg (Tank/Medium) and Chester (Medium range).
Leon is the only Brawler with a distinctive blue-green hair mane. In Pixel Mode: if you see blue streaks, think Leon!
Mr. P is the only Brawler with a top hat and penguin design. In Pixel Mode: black top hat + white belly = Mr. P.
Spike is the only cactus Brawler – his body is completely green with spines. Unmistakable in Pixel Mode.
Amber is the only Brawler with flaming hair – orange fire tongues on her head, combined with a drinking bottle as weapon.
Sirius (2026) wears a black-purple costume with star-shaped elements. As a "shadow Brawler" his color palette is nearly unique in the roster.
There are only 2 Artillery Brawlers in the Rare class: Barley and Dynamike. If the arrow confirms Artillery and Rare, the choice is easy.
All Marksman Brawlers have Long or Very Long range. Exception: Bea has medium range due to her unique playstyle.
Only Tank Brawlers have "Very High" health. Tanks include: Bull, El Primo, Frank, Rosa, Jacky, Ash, Buzz and a few others.
Mortis is the fastest Brawler in the game – he has "Very Fast" speed. In Classic Mode: "Very Fast" + Assassin = Mortis (almost certain).
Most Assassin Brawlers are Mythic. Edgar (Epic) and Leon (Legendary) are the exceptions below and above.
Mortis = 🦇 – the bat is his definitive signature as a vampire-inspired Brawler.
Gene = 🏮 or 🪄 – the magic lantern is his most important symbol. His Super pulls enemies like a genie from a lamp.
Sandy = 💤 (sleep emoji) – Sandy sleeps during combat (lore!) and produces his sleeping sand. Almost always the first or second emoji.
Poco = 🎸 – he's a guitarist and bard. The music emoji is almost always present with Poco.
Crow = 🐦⬛ (black bird / crow) – the name says it all. Combined with 🐍 (poison) almost always unambiguous.
Only Jessie and Pam are mother and daughter – if one mentions the other in a description, you instantly know the Brawler.
Barley is the only "former bartender" in the Brawl Stars universe. The word "bartender" or "lost" + "drinks" = Barley.
Sprout was created by Jessie and Penny – his description mentions robotics and plant mechanics. Combined, those are clear keywords.
El Primo is a professional wrestler – his real name and wrestling career appear in his description. "Ring", "champion", "mask" = El Primo.
Najia (2026) is part of the "Pyramid Quest" theme – her description revolves around snakes, vases and Egyptian-inspired elements. Unique in the current roster.
